One schedule for the whole shop
The Tradecall Pro calendar is where jobs live. When a customer calls, texts, or books online, the voice agent offers only times that are open and puts the job on the calendar. Dispatch assigns it, and the crew sees it. Everything works without Google.
If you also keep a Google Calendar, Tradecall Sync connects the two so you do not have to check both. Connecting is optional, and you can disconnect at any time.
Two directions, both limited
The connected calendar marks you unavailable
Before the voice agent or the online booking page offers a time, Tradecall Pro asks Google when the connected calendar is busy and skips those times. For that check it reads free or busy only.
An entry you add directly in Google also appears on the company Schedule as Time blocked, so dispatch does not book over it. We keep only its start and end time. What the entry says is never saved, and the entry cannot be edited from Tradecall Pro.
Your jobs show up on that same calendar
Jobs on the Tradecall Pro Schedule are added to the Google calendar the company connected, so the work and the calendar you already use sit in one place. Only the job itself is written: the time, location, job type, customer, and arrival window. Nothing else on your Google account is changed.
One company owner or admin connects a single Google calendar for the whole company. Staff do not connect their own. If Google is not connected, none of this happens and the Tradecall Pro calendar works the same.
You are in control. The company owner or admin can disconnect from Settings in Tradecall Pro, or remove access at any time from your Google account's third-party access settings.
No access to your Google email. Tradecall Sync does not read, search, or send email from your Google account.
How we handle calendar access
Tradecall Sync requests two limited Google Calendar permissions: calendar.readonly and calendar.events. We use them to check when you are busy, to show your busy times on the company Schedule as Time blocked, and to add Tradecall Pro jobs to the calendar you connect. We never create, delete, or administer calendars themselves, and we never change calendar sharing settings. Google user data is never used for advertising and never used to train AI models. Access can be revoked at any time from a connected Google account's third-party access settings.
